Points
importants a éclaircir :
1.
La PERTE des poids.
Sur
3 mois, 30+ kilos! Pourquoi?
Est-ce
un problème plutôt gastrique
2.
toujours valable? (Dernière réponse pour! Faut attendre
développements et décisions!
QUESTION :

Services
I have dealings with: (Services avec laquelle j’ai ou j’ai eu a
faire a Nîmes et ailleurs en France..) :
NEUROLOGICAL:
Time wasting – no Scan re stroke done. Always either sent home or
transferred to the Cardiac Services - normally wrongly! Relations are
going to be taken up with the Neurological Services now…the
28-06-2012
I
need to know from these Services what THEY can do to help to get rid
of the nausea and vertigo on a permanent basis, both at home and in
the hospital. Reports to follow.
CARDIAC
(Cardiaque): This is where I am generally taken because I am
cardiac, even when the actual problem is NOT a Cardiac one.
Cardiac
Defibrillator needs resetting often, after every activity. Many –
if not most of these activities come from bad/false manipulations -
AT THE HOSPITAL, and from the “competition” between
Interns/Doctors from the same or different hospitals/Services. I was
personally told that there had been no activity since the beginning
of May 2012 until I returned to the Cardiac Urgency/Neurological
Urgency services at Carameau CHU, Nimes where there had been two
incidents on the same day. Nimes changed the configuration and
altered the medicaments.
The
question of why must be asked.
The
question of why changes made by one Cardiologe are rechanged(back to
the original) by another – at Nimes- must be posed as well, and why
my medical list changes almost permanently – as a quick look at the
prescription folder shows.
Night
nurse problem now (28 June 2012) unknown.
I
have not been “attached by force” to my bed, which is illegal
everywhere in France and many other places, on this visit, but I
don’t know if the Nurses (Infirmieres) and Interns involved are
still carrying on – elsewhere!
Cardiac
relations continue.
Gastroenteritis
- No confidence! No assistance when I had a slight problem
similar to an epileptic attack WITHIN THEIR TREATMENT ROOMS…No
replies from them -/ I only received a suggestion/offer of different
treatment after requesting Dr. Cukier (Vauvert) to try and find out
what was possible!
This
Department/Service also refused anaesthesia, due to my cardiac
condition, but did say they required the opinion of Dr Beck (Nimes,
Cardiologe) – They never asked for it! Overall, I am very wary of
anything they suggest because many things they suggest require the
use of things said to be NOT PRACTICIBLE on patients, like me, with
defibrillators. Relations seldom, but ongoing (Dr Cukier re weight
loss for example)
DIABETIQUE
: (Occasional) These services are only used for new items regarding
Diabetics. Since my diabetic problem is a milder Type 2 one,
controlled with ½ pill of Diamicron daily, there is little problem
right now. The only thing it presents that is rather unusual, is an
up and down chart which changes very quickly……early am = 0.90,
then midday 1.38, evening can be even higher or lower. It is
surveilled regularly, and this Department is available for advice and
treatment.
History
from 25 Juin 2012
27-06-12:
Doctor
has been. Montpellier remains a future possibility but first of all
the Neuro must come and here are my questions for him:
1.
what is the reason for vertige & Nausee ?
2.Can
I have the same medicaments for home use as I get in the hospital,
and at the same strength?
3.
What do I do if I start an attack? Norm 4-8 days after leaving
hospital when no "schock" from the défibrillateur
has happened so it really IS a "Neuro" problem and not a
Cardio problem.
4.
In the case of a "Schock" attack, I DO understand I must
come to the cardio department, but I can probably do that by private
car, or after contacting Dr BECK on:
TEL:
or
even Dr. CUKIER for his opinion on:
TEL
Otherwise
what do I do?
5.
To what extent is the loss of weight a Neurological problem and to
what extent a Gastro problem?
28 Juin 2012.
No advance. Doctor tells me
they have “requested” again the visit of a Doctor from the
Neurological Unit and we are waiting for that.
Various unimportant questions
regarding ears (controlled in CU La Rochelle) …..eyes (relatively
new spectacles (must be controlled)
There we are –
WAIT……..AGAIN!
My aim is to be able to
forget, either with medicamental help or otherwise, having to go back
to the hospital every week in a terrible condition – to be
delivered into the Heart department (who are NOT responsible) – to
suffer the normal IV treatment and leave for 3 or 4 days again!
Hopefully my pc mouse will be
back for tomorrow!
